This page describes the data processed by this website and how it is used.

In short

This website collects no personal data while you browse: no accounts, no trackers, no ads, no audience analytics. No request is sent to any third-party service unless you explicitly ask for it (for example by subscribing to the newsletter).

Contact by email

The website has no contact form: you reach me directly by email, or through external services (Discord, the Potch help page) governed by their own policies. Emails received are only used to handle your request; they are neither shared nor used for any other purpose.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address (along with your language, so you receive the right version) is transmitted to my sending provider, Buttondown. It is only used to send studio news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

Discord counter

The homepage shows how many members are online on the studio's Discord server. This figure is fetched periodically by my own server and then served from grizz.lu: your browser never contacts Discord and no data about you is sent to it.

Fonts and assets

All of the website's assets (fonts, images, videos, scripts) are hosted on grizz.lu. No font CDN or third-party library is loaded while browsing.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The newsletter signup is a direct call to the Buttondown API, with no third-party cookie. The site's protection service (Cloudflare) may set a strictly technical, anonymous cookie for security purposes.

Analytics

This website does not collect any analytics data and does not use trackers.

Hosting and logs

The website is self-hosted in Germany (see the legal notice) and served through Cloudflare. As with any web server, technical logs containing IP addresses may be kept for a limited time, strictly for security purposes (abuse and attack prevention).
